I called and was able to get a much needed prescription that wasn’t available at 5 other pharmacies, but Thompsons had it and filled it within an hour of receiving my request. The employees were so nice and understanding and it was SO appreciated!

I was worried when it was no longer Lee Goodrum east side and went to Thompson's pharmacy but there was nothing to worry about. Thompson's pharmacy beats every big chain pharmacy! They have the best customer service, and even have delivery options. I'm sick a lot and cannot drive so they have been nothing but a blessing. Thank you Thompson's pharmacy for taking care of my family and I ❤️

My fiancé and I received our COVID shots here and we’re both extremely happy with our experience. The gentleman who administered the vaccine did an excellent job and the lady who scheduled us was friendly and efficient. If we have any other pharmacy needs in the future, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Thompson's was relentless in helping me troubleshoot coverage for a medication I needed, when manufacturer system issues were becoming a nightmare. I never once felt like it was a hassle for them, and they were so patient and kind in the process. So grateful for this local, family-owned pharmacy. I couldn't recommend Thompson's Pharmacy more highly.

Everyone is very helpful and kind. I love being able to call and ask questions and to talk to someone local! I love supporting locally-owned businesses and Thompson’s is one of the best!

Everyone is always welcoming and friendly here. Service is fast. I always feel like a valued customer and not just the next customer in line. The pharmacist does not make you feel like you're bothering them when you need to ask a question. I'm glad I switched from the big named pharmacies.

I started using Lee pharmacy 16 years ago for compounds. I have always received great friendly service inside and at drive-thru. The new Thompson pharmacy is just as friendly and efficient as Lee Pharmacy! If something was wrong with my compound, they would replace it free of charge. Blessed to have them as part of our community!♥️

My script was ready with no waiting or judgement from the pharmacist or employees. Unlike the big box stores that think you are a "junkie" for just filling your script that you MEDICAL DOCTOR wrote for you! Thank you for treating me like I am a real person who has a legitimate disease.
